With a higher degree of consistency than manual welding and a quicker work rate, robots are here to stay and are the future of welding. However, robot systems can be expensive and that’s where we at A&J Welding come in. We can offer a complete design package for you to take you through from the initial conception of a job to its completion. As part of the package, we can provide you with the guarding, the linear base, torch cleaner system, robot and welding power source. Yet it doesn’t stop there. Our comprehensive package also includes: the license to build one system; risk assessment; CE marking; assembly, manufacturing, electrical schematic and pneumatic drawings; parts list; robot teach pendant, robot ladder and HMI programs as well as a set up manual. We can also supply CAD models for clients who wish to modify their systems, as well as offer telephone support, customisation of systems, electrical panel builds, engineer visits (encompassing build assistance, cell wiring, commissioning, PUWER safety checks and programming training) and assistance with the design of jigs.
